“… writing stories about a black and white perspective is boring. It’s the grey that’s interesting.”

Stephen Adly Guirgis

Since I started directing in 2007, I’ve had the great opportunity to work closely with a number of very talented writers.

Whether it was workshopping a draft of a new play for an invited audience, or presenting a new piece of work as a rehearsed reading, or directing a script-in-hand performance for a writer’s showcase, I have been able to assist in the development of some outstanding new writing for theatre, film and TV.
